Wanted to see Kiaton popular places and this apartment was excellent base for exploring most of them. The bed was very uncomfortable, nevertheless I loved the place. A bath, a shower, bath sheets and slippers available. Quiet atmosphere of the venue. A handy kitchenette for cooking. Helpful staff, impeccable service. The location was best possible close to the sea, and had everything you needed...

I always come back here for a reason. The staff helped me with currency exchange. This place has Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for a romantic escape with beach access and a restaurant. It has everything I need!

I had a lovely stay at Sea Kiato. Spent nearly 2 weeks enjoying the panoramic sea views from the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean. The air conditioners in every room were a plus. The terrace provided an incredible sea-view, just as close to the water as the pictures show. The pebble beach had free umbrellas and beach beds, and there were restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, and a petrol station just a few meters away. The covered parking was convenient and Lazarus, the owner, was friendly and helpful. Perfect location, perfect apartment, and friendly hosts!

Everything was perfect, with a beachfront apartment just like in the jaw-dropping pictures. The owner, Mr Lazaros, went above and beyond by kindly picking us up from the local station and making us feel at home immediately. The hospitality from him and his family made our stay super pleasant. We will definitely be back.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, as it is right on the beach and offers stunning sea views. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket just a few meters away. the apartment itself is equipped with air conditioners in every room, ensuring a comfortable stay even in hot weather.

The wifi signal upstairs is poor, which can be inconvenient who rely on a strong internet connection.

The highlight of our stay was the stunning balcony with its magnificent sea views. Sitting out there with a glass of wine, it felt like we were perched on the edge of the world, witnessing a breathtaking sunset unfold before our eyes. Truly a memorable experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Kiato for almost 2 weeks. the apartment offered stunning panoramic sea views, and we were able to enjoy lazy days on the sun loungers and the beautiful beach. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a convenient supermarket within walking distance. the family who runs the apartment block were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt right at home. We had a great value for our money at Sea Kiato. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing sea view from the balcony. The location was perfect for a calm stay, right on the beach, and the staff, including the owner Lazarus, were welcoming and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a better variety of kitchen appliances, such as an electric kettle, cups and mugs for hot beverages, and a salt shaker.
